Are you ready to make changes to improve your life?

Is this just a craze or is this real?

This is the question that people all over the world are asking when they think about SeaMoss.

Sea moss “may be one of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet,” says Ana Reisdorf, registered dietitian and co-founder of The Food Trends, a website that helps brands and consumers understand the science behind health and wellness trends. “It is a rich source of many vitamins, minerals, polyunsaturated fats and anti-inflammatory compounds,” she adds.

while others disagree, "Seamoss is nothing merely but a craze that will eventually be over taken by some other product 1 day, it has no real scientific evidence" says Eleana Kaidanian, RD, CDN, a registered dietitian with the private practice Long Island Nutritionist.

she also goes onto follow on by saying it can contain large amounts of metal like mercury , lead and other toxins which could be harmful for those on certain medication or pregnant women.

so are all these celebrities, investors and health advocates wrong?

science tells us

- Iodine in small amounts is good for regulating your thyroid function

-magnesium and phosphate which are known to support blood pressure regulation

  • Neuroprotective activity observed in worms given sea moss extract.
  • Compounds from red seaweeds (including sea moss) show anti-cancer activity in mice.
  • Enhanced immune response observed in worms given sea moss extract.
  • Anti-inflammatory effects observed in cells treated with red seaweed extracts (including sea moss)

Ultimately there is no real definitive answer thats black and white as theres still a conflicting argument however there seems to be more benefits than none for taking.

why not try for yourself this way you can make your mind up for yourself on which side of the argument you place yourself on.
