How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order is expected to arrive within 2-4 business days

Can I change my delivery address?
We do not accept changes once the order has been placed, but we will do our best to accommodate the changes. However, we cannot guarantee that the changes will be made. But rest assured we try our best to make sure everyone is happy so aslong as your order isn’t yet in the hands of the courier we can do this for you

What happens if I missed my delivery?
We do not offer refunds as the goods are perishable and made to order.
However if you miss your order you can go to your local delivery office within 7 days to collect see royal mail for more information

Do I need to be in to accept my delivery?
It is preferable for someone to be present to accept the delivery, but it is not required. Please let us know if there will be no one at the delivery address and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will offer a replacement.

How do I receive multiple item orders?
If you have ordered multiple items, they will be shipped together in one package.

All of our products are made fresh to order, and we do not have any premade gels.
